Write if you need quick shipping

Write an email or add a note of when you ideally would like the product by, and I will make that a priority higher than keeping the rules updates on schedule. 

Legal part

Do not expect quick shipping under any circumstances, except for the shop stating so in an email. Refund policy is lenient for that reason. 

Shipping priority

94% of the reason I run this shop is to expand the 9th-Age. I have yet to take money out of this shop. Sometimes my real life does take a precedent, (Yes I do actually have a life outside 9th-Age). It might never be more than an expense and hobby for me to run this shop. This means that while it is a priority to send packages, it is generally a lower priority than making sure rule updates follow their schedule. I belive this is what benefits the customers and the players most. 

Bulk shipping 

I prefer shipping in bulk, as that saves me boring shipping work, that only benefit one person. Updating files on community.the-ninth-age.com benefit a lot of people and is more fun than packing boxes. 

Tournament shipping 

Shipping to tournaments or events is what makes this shop possible. Shipping fees for low cost items like on this shop would otherwise make it impossible. 

Tournament distribution

Tournament delivery is 100% trust based. That is When I ship to a tournament I ship to a spesific person who then will bring them to the tournament. It is not their responsibility to confirm people get their orders. Only that the package is at the tournament. There might not even be a list of orders.

Orders not arriving in time for tournament

I strive not to have this happen, it hurts my integrity and give me a lot of boring work. If it does then I or the tournament distributor will contact you.

Truly recycled packaging materials 

Cardboard boxes are surprisingly expensive, and newly produced packaging materials have to adhere to a new EU-directive that has been badly implemented in Denmark. That combined with my household receiving a lot of packages, means I ship in the boxes I already receive. Expect weird boxes, with no logos on that are truly recycled. If you got nut allergy or for other reasons prefer new packaging write me.
